6. Payment Processing via Stripe

Payments are processed using the payment service provider Stripe.

The provider is Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland.

As part of the payment process, the data required for the transaction is transmitted to Stripe. This includes in particular payment details and any additional information necessary to complete the transaction.

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

It cannot be excluded that data may be transferred by Stripe to servers in third countries (e.g. the United States). Stripe uses appropriate safeguards in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
